We’re all about keeping pricing clear and simple so you can plan with confidence - no hidden fees, no surprises.

ALL WEDDING Rentals Include:

✔︎ 13 hours of venue access for single day rentals (10am -11pm) - includes decorating, ceremony and/or reception, and clean-up

✔︎ 1 free hour for rehearsal - either night before or week-of, depending on availability

✔︎ On-site team member for your entire wedding day

✔︎ Exclusive use of the venue and grounds, no other weddings that day

✔︎ Round and Rectangle folding tables for guests, cake, food, gifts, etc.

✔︎ 2 choices of chairs to fit your desired style - 300 white resin chairs or 300 wooden cross back chairs, setup to your specifications. The chair can make such a statement and we now give you both options included with every rental!

✔︎Access to our Decor Room to help save on your decor budget (We’ll show you the Decor Room on tour!)

✔︎ Multiple Indoor and outdoor ceremony options - we love giving you versatility!

✔︎ 1000 sq. ft beautiful bridal suite with private bathroom and outdoor access

✔︎ Groom’s room complete with TV and a mini fridge (the necessities)

✔︎ 2 covered patios complete with string lights for the perfect cocktail hour or dancing break

✔︎Lighted, graveled parking lot for your guests

✔︎ Modern and beautiful bathrooms your guests will be talking about

✔︎ Large permanent bar area

✔︎ Groom’s room complete with TV and a mini fridge (the necessities)

✔︎ Caterer’s prep kitchen- with stainless steel prep tables, commercial refrigerator, ice machine, & microwave -licensed & insured caterer required

✔︎ Ice Machine - free for personal or vendor use

✔︎ Multiple ceremony arbor options - such as black ring, wooden cross, etc (we’ll show them all to you on tour!)

✔︎ 1 setup of all tables and chairs before your arrival, Flip Crew available for movement during event

✔︎ Bonus wedding planning resources to help make the entire planning journey less stressful - including a preferred vendor list that helps you take so much guess work out of choosing your vendors.

✔︎ Open catering policy - just make sure they are licensed and insured.

✔︎ Assistance with floor plan - we’ll help you not forget anything!
