Figuring out what to buy, how much to bring, how to transport it, and whether everything is covered can be a bit overwhelming. Offering a bar for your guests is no small task, and it’s totally normal to feel unsure about where to start.
That's why we're here to make it easy. Instead of juggling multiple vendors, dealing with travel fees, or handling all the details on your own, our amazing in-house team can take care of everything — thoughtfully and seamlessly.
Prefer to bring your own alcohol? No problem! You're welcome to supply your own beer and wine, and we’ll gladly take it from there with professional service.
The Barn at Grace Hill has their own liquor license and is the exclusive provider of all alcohol service. No outside vendors for alcohol service are permitted. The price of our team is included in our all-inclusive packages, but you will add on our Bar Setup fee for your Consumption Bar, Cash Bar, or “Bring your own” options. Included with our Bar Setup is the following: bartenders; up to 5.5 hours of bar service; clear plastic cups for wine and liquor; coolers for beer; ice; beverage napkins; stir sticks; garnishes and mixers; our mobile bar for your cocktail hour; setup and tear down
